Terms of Use

The Platform is intended for business professionals, executives, analysts, and decision-makers at organisations evaluating AI and analytics solutions. By registering, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the authority to bind yourself or, where applicable, your organisation to these Terms.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

Certain features of the Platform, including interactive demos and model outputs, require registration with a valid business email address. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of sign-up.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
• Notify us promptly at info@deepq-ai.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used in a manner that we reasonably believe causes harm to DeepQ AI, other users, or third parties.

Subject to these Terms, DeepQ AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business evaluation purposes. This means you may:

• Browse publicly available content, including solution descriptions and strategic frameworks.
• Access interactive demos using the pre-built synthetic datasets provided.
• Download or share output summaries for internal review within your organisation.

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Scrape, extract, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Platform, its content, synthetic datasets, demo outputs, analytical frameworks, or playbooks, whether in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose or external distribution.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or model logic from the Platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar) to access or index the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, database, or component of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair its operation or interfere with any other user's access.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Platform or any content derived from it.
• Use the Platform to develop, train, or improve any product or service that competes with DeepQ AI.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to AI models, solution frameworks, playbooks, workflow logic, synthetic datasets, demo outputs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of DeepQ AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in DeepQ AI's intellectual property. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by DeepQ AI without restriction or compensation to you.

The Platform is designed to demonstrate AI capabilities using synthetic data. All outputs, models, analyses, reports, and recommendations generated by the Platform are for illustrative and evaluation purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, compliance, regulatory, tax, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on Platform outputs to make business, investment, compliance, or regulatory decisions without independent verification by qualified professionals.

DeepQ AI does not warrant that any output will be accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Use of the Platform and reliance on any output is entirely at your own risk.

All datasets available on the Platform are synthetic, meaning they are artificially generated and do not represent or relate to any real individuals, companies, transactions, or events. Any resemblance to real data is coincidental.

You may not upload personal data, confidential business data, or any proprietary information into the Platform's interactive demo environment without a separate written agreement with DeepQ AI.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only. DeepQ AI has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed solely by those third parties' terms.

DeepQ AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or by a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@deepq-ai.com. DeepQ AI may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (No Professional Advice), 9 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 13 (Governing Law), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If you are accessing the Platform from the United Kingdom, European Union, or United States, nothing in this clause shall limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer or data protection law in your jurisdiction.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeepQ AI regarding your use of the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. DeepQ AI may assign its rights without restriction.
